At times when the weight of the world
Seems to be solely on my shoulders
Your there to lift my burdens
When I have fallen into a pit of despair
Your there again lifting my spirits
You listen to my problems and never complain
When I need to talk to someone
About my deepest thoughts and desires
You are there to always listen
Never do you turn your back on me
When I have done or said something stupid
You always forgive me you never judge
When I am not at my best
You encourage me to do better
My life my world is better for having known you

SEASON'S GREETINGS

I would like to take the time and wish everyone a very happy and safe holiday season. May the coming new year bring prosperity and good health. I hope that laughter and joy fill your lives and all your hopes and dreams come true. Know that opportunity is always around the next bend. That with every new sunrise there is new hope. Your hair sparkles in the sun
Like fireworks on the fourth of July
Your eyes are the color of blue
Like the sky on a clear summers morning
Your lips are like the red rose
As it opens in the noon day sun
Your skin is as soft as a new born child
Your laughter is like the soft falling rain
Your smile softens even the hardest heart
Your love and warmth
Are like a gift from the heavens
No Woman before you
No Woman in the present

ENDLESS

My dearest love
As I reflect on the time we have shared together
On this our wedding day
I try to put into words what you mean to me
So many things come to mind
Like the way my heart skips a beat
Whenever you walk into the room
The way you make me tingle with the slightest touch
How your smile makes me weak in the knees
Your laughter your beautiful laugh
Fills my heart with joy
How your warm embrace melts all my cares away
The way your love your tender love
Filled an emptiness in my soul
Some things in our lives are endless
The sparkling rays of the early morning sun
The rainbow of colors in the sky at sunset
The romantic glow of the rising moon
The endless stars in the universe
And as these things in our lives are endless

KOYUKI

I wake in the early morning
She is leaning over me
Her hand gently brushes my forehead
Pushing the hair from my eyes I look up at her
The suns early morning rays flood the room
Shining around her beautiful face like a halo
She softly kisses me and my body tingles
She smiles trying to hold back the tears
My heart aches seeing her like this
I try to find the right words to comfort her
But they never come
She helps me dress in my armour
Her every touch is caring and loving
Her eyes reflect devotion and a endless love
Today I fight on a field of honor
Not knowing if I will ever return
But not before I gaze at the woman I love
One last time

Soldier

The heat of battle rages
Around me death and confusion
These are my only companions
My heart beats wildly as I choke on my fear
Explosions crys of pain and anguish
The ground runs red with the blood of the fallen
The innocent the guilty none are spared on this day
I find the courage to push forward
Stepping on those that went before me
The battle is everywhere
No where to run no where to hide
Charging into the valley of death I scream in defiance
Plunging my bayonet into my foe
His lifeless body falls at my feet
The day is ours the battle is won
AS I look down at my fallen enemy
I ask myself why
Power Glory Fame or Fortune
As a tear runs down my face
The answer comes to me
We fight because we have to
We fight so others may LIVE

Regret

My Darling
I regret not having told you
I love you at least one hundred times a day
Not holding you in my arms more often
To feel your heart beat next to mine
For not being funnier so I could see
Your beautiful smile when I make you laugh
I should have taken a greater interest
In the things you love to do
Spent more time at home rather then at work
My biggest regret my love is not listening
When you begged me not to board the plane
The plane that has since crashed in the ocean
As I fight for my life
My thoughts are only of you
The waves crash over me pulling me under
I struggle for the surface
Only to be pulled under again
Using all my strength I kick for the surface
For one last breath one last thought of YOU

ANGEL

In my dream I find myself drowning in a sea of despair
Just as I am about to go under I see you standing above me
You look just like an Angel sent from Heaven
You spread your wings and reach out to grab me
Your hand touches mine and you pull me close to you
In your arms I feel a warmth I have never known before
You wave your hand and the sea is parted
In place of despair you reveal a meadow of roses
I gaze into your eyes what seems like forever
I see in your eyes a love that is strong and pure as the driven snow
I am swept up by my emotions as I lean into you my body trembling
Our lips gently press together as we kiss for the first time
Our love quickly grows like a rose in the noon day sun
After years of searching I have finally found my Angel my soul mate
You have dropped from the Heavens to save me
And now I have found TRUE LOVE
And just as you have saved me my love I shall save you as well!!

Eternal Struggle

Hour by hour minute by minute
The embers of twilight draws near
Valour Honor Justice
These I have within me
Fear Doubt Envy
They dwell here as well
Truth Courage Compassion
We are one in the same
Malice Lust Greed
Companions are we
GOOD and EVIL Man kinds legacy to the world
Who shall win this struggle
Hour by Hour Minute by Minute

The Path

Life is filled with many choices
How we choose in life
Directs us down certain paths
Some paths send us forward
Some paths send us backwards
Others lead us to happiness
And still others lead to sorrow
At times in your journey through life
Many paths will appear at once
How you choose will define your destiny
Down one of these many paths is me
I will wait at the end of this path
Always looking towards the horizon
Forever hoping for a glimpse of you

The Promise

Fear Death Destruction
These are the tools of your trade
Terror is your weapon of choice
You walk in the shadows you live in the dark
Love Life and Liberty
These words mean nothing to you
Women Children the Innocent all die at your hands
Reason Compromise and Compassion you know not
You are relentless in your pursuits
The world shall tremble in fear
For this reason I make you this promise
I will bring to your doorstep that which you seek
Fear Death Destruction are my compromise
You shall know terror well for I am here
The knocking you hear is that which you seek
You will come to know the meaning of fear
For I shall teach you well
Answer the door let the lesson begin!

Warrior

Evil rises in the darkness
A foul stench of death is in the air
Murderous rage and hate fill it's soul
It comes for it's prey
It comes for me
I feel evil approaching ever so near
Smelling my fear evil hastens it's pace
Closer and closer evil draws near
Almost upon me almost here
Evil stops before me ready for the kill
Come closer bringer of death and doom
Come and look me in the face
Gaze into my soul and see my strength
In my eyes reflection
You shall see your fate
